  • 1. Condenser installed at correct clearance to structure.
  • 2. Line drier either installed on site, or factory preinstalled.
  • 3. All welds electronically checked.
  • 4. Balanced charge, complete startup.
  • 5. Plenums mechanically fastened and sealed to air handler.
  • 6. Automatic overflow shutoff switch on air handler.
  • 7. Air Handler bleach addition added to drain.
  • 8. Air digitally checked at vent locations in heat/cool mode.
    Price is for Vertical Air handler installation.

    Our A/C precision Green Clean & Tune professional cleaning is like having your air conditioner rejuvenated to factory fresh condition. Our Multi-Point inspection includes the following 30 points of checks and services for your HVAC system:
     
    Air Handler Check & Service:
    • Calibrate and level thermostat
    • Test furnace starting capabilities
    • Test furnace safety controls
    • Clean and/or replace standard air filters
    • Inspect ductwork for energy loss
    • Measure for correct air flow
    • Tighten electrical connections
    • Measure volts and amps
    • Lubricate all moving parts
    • Clean condensate drains
    • Measure temperature difference-supply/return
    • In place, clean and adjustment of blower components.
    • Check, clean and/or replace filter as needed*
    • Check overflow pan, internal and external.
    • Clean indoor coil if accessible
    • Flush/treat condensate drain with anti-algae
    • Inspect safety devices for proper operation

    Air Conditioner/Heat Pump Check & Service:

    • Check coolant levels.
    • Check wiring and connections
    • Monitor compressor for proper amperage, volt draw and wiring connections.
    • Test/Inspect contactors for burned pitted contacts
    • Check system operating pressures and temperatures.
    • Clean condenser coil.
    • Inspect fan blade
    • Lubricate moving parts and clean fan if accessible.
    • Check voltage.
    • Test and inspect capacitors
    • Monitor volts/amps on fan motor
    • Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
    • Inspect service valves for proper operation
    • Check Superheat or Subcool for correct charge.
    *1 washable filter per air conditioner included with price.
    *1 unit per household to qualify for JEA rebate.
