Our FL Cooling installed prices include tax, and 1 year labor warranty,
as well as listed manufacturers parts warranty.
Installed price include:
- 1. New 3" condenser pad with hurricane tiedowns.
- 2. Condenser installed at correct manufacturers clearance to structure.
- 3. Line drier either installed on site, or factory preinstalled.
- 4. All welds electronically checked.
- 5. Balanced charge, complete startup.
- 6. New digital thermostat.
- 7. Plenums mechanically fastened and sealed to air handler.
- 8. Automatic overflow shutoff switch on air handler.
- 9. Air handler bleach addition added to drain.
- 10. Air digitally checked at vent locations in heat/cool to ensure new unit to factory specs.

Horizontal installation, and additional options and services are listed.
Price quoted is for the above service, if there are additional items that are required but not chosen,
upon inspection we will bring these items to your attention before any work is started.
