as well as listed manufacturers parts warranty.
Installed price include:
  • 1. New 3" condenser pad with hurricane tiedowns.
  • 2. Condenser installed at correct manufacturers clearance to structure.
  • 3. Line drier either installed on site, or factory preinstalled.
  • 4. All welds electronically checked.
  • 5. Balanced charge, complete startup.
  • 6. New digital thermostat.
  • 7. Plenums mechanically fastened and sealed to air handler.
  • 8. Automatic overflow shutoff switch on air handler.
  • 9. Air handler bleach addition added to drain.
  • 10. Air digitally checked at vent locations in heat/cool to ensure new unit to factory specs.
Horizontal installation, and additional options and services are listed.
