Our FL Cooling installed prices include 1 Year Labor,
as well as listed manufacturers parts warranty
 of at least 10 years.

Installed price includes:

  • 1. Condenser installed at correct clearance to structure.
  • 2. Line drier either installed on site, or factory preinstalled.
  • 3. All welds electronically checked.
  • 4. Balanced charge, complete startup.
  • 5. Plenums mechanically fastened and sealed to air handler.
  • 6. Automatic overflow shutoff switch on air handler.
  • 7. Air Handler bleach addition added to drain.
  • 8. Air digitally checked at vent locations in heat/cool mode.
    Price is for Vertical Air handler installation.
    Horizontal installation, and additional options are listed under:
