FL Cooling offers an SMS messaging program to provide customers with appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician dispatch notifications, and service follow-up messages related to HVAC services you have requested.

CONSENT AND OPT-IN

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from FL Cooling, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Consent is obtained through one or more of the following methods:

1. Website: By completing our online contact form or quote request form and checking the SMS consent checkbox which states: “I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service follow-up messages via text from FL Cooling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

2. Phone: By verbally confirming you would like to receive text message updates when scheduling service by phone. Our representative will ask: “May we send you text confirmations and reminders about your appointment?”

3. Text-Initiated: By texting our business number at (904) 868-1140 to initiate communication.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from FL Cooling.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typical messages include:

  • Appointment confirmation (1 message per appointment)
  • Appointment reminder (1 message per appointment, typically sent 24 hours prior)
  • Technician en route notification (1 message per service visit)
  • Service follow-up (1 message per completed service)

Estimated message frequency: 2–6 messages per service appointment. You may receive up to 4 marketing messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FL Cooling is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

OPT-OUT

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: “FL Cooling: You’ve been unsubscribed and will no longer receive texts. Call (904) 229-0611 anytime for service.” You will no longer receive SMS messages from FL Cooling unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive services from FL Cooling.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Coverage is not available in all areas.

NO SHARING OF SMS DATA

We will not share, sell, rent, or distribute your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Information shared with service providers (such as our messaging platform) is used solely to deliver the messages described in this policy.
