SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
When you opt in to receive text messages from FL Cooling LLC, we collect your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of sending you appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician dispatch notifications, post-service follow-ups, and review requests related to your HVAC service.
We will not share, sell, rent, or distribute your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from FL Cooling. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

What You’ll Receive: Appointment confirmations, service reminders, technician dispatch updates, post-service follow-ups, and occasional review requests related to HVAC service you have requested or received from FL Cooling.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. During active service appointments, you may receive additional transactional messages (appointment confirmation, technician en-route, service complete).
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message from FL Cooling. You will receive a single confirmation message: “FL Cooling: You’ve been unsubscribed and will no longer receive texts. Call (904) 229-0611 anytime for service.” No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
